In 2005, Jeffrey began The Omni Art Salon as the world's first cyber art salon which has grown to an audience that now spans over 120 countries around the world.

Jeffrey’s letter to Presidential candidate Gary Hart in 1983 suggesting that we build a space station and name it The International Space Station and inviting the then Soviet Union to join us in space exploration as a way of demonstrating the power of an open society was just one of his concepts that was ahead of its time.
In 1986 , Jeffrey also wrote The Four Proposition's which included The Global Information Center, The Alternative Transportation Initiative, The symposium for New Economics and the Council on the Family of Humanity which was widely distributed and caught the attention of Tim Wirth, President of the United Nations Foundation who described Jeffrey’s ideas as fascinating and intriguing.
